Kanon / Air
Updated 9/23/2001
Introduction:
In the late '90s, a game company called Key/Visual Arts, made an impact with a "visual novel"/role-playing game called Kanon, and have recently continued their success with a new game called Air. Perhaps following in the footsteps of Konami, who produced their own merchandise and catcher toys for their enormously popular romance RPG Tokimeki Memorial, Key have made their own catcher toys for their characters. Their catcher toys are very well done, and they remind me a lot of Banpresto's toys, whom I believe they are trying to emulate. As far as I know, there were two Kanon plush sets made. The one shown below is the first set. Since these catcher toys aren't made by Banpresto or Sega, I've found it isn't as easy to find them, or even information about them.
All of the following toys were produced by Key/Visual Arts.
